(O) Jesus warns the disciples that many who would come falsely portraying him. He described to them that many things will take place, but assured them that the end wouldn't come immediately. The scripture says in Mark 13:32, But about that day or hour no one knows, not even the angels in heaven, nor the Son, but only the Father.
(A) Things will take place, but we can rest is the assurance that God is with us. We should live with Heaven in our view and always be ready for his return.
(P) Father God, Help us to keep our minds stayed on you and our ears and eyes attentive to your word. You have given us warnings and signs. Allow us to be alert and to see those things that are deceptive and false. We pray that we will earnestly await your coming and live accordingly. We thank you for being with us through all that we may see, hear and witness. You said that you will never leave us nor forsake us, and we know you will see us through until the end. In Jesus Name, Amen
