(O) They were scared to lay hands on Jesus, they knew that it was going to cause a stir. So instead they sent "fake" people to act like they were sincere, but really they were looking for a moment to catch him in something! Isn't it amazing how the enemy will send "fake" people in your life to act like they care, just to wish evil upon you! What I love about Jesus, he sees all and knows all, so he knows who is sincere and who is not. Here they go asking Jesus another question to trip him up.....be he knew their plot. And Jesus replies, "Those things that are God's we should give to him...and those things that are man's let him have them!
(A) I will not give the world credit for anything that God has done for me! What the world has to offer, they can have it, and what God has offered and given me, I will return those things back to him including my soul, my mind, my heart, my family and everything else he has blessed me with.
(P) Father, the giver of all things! I thank you for the wonderful blessings in my life. I will forever to continue to give you what is due to you, all the glory and the honor. I don't hold on to the things of this world because they are temporal, but those things that are eternal I hold tightly too! Thank you for exposing the spies in my life, and whatever they meant for evil I know that you have and will turn around for my good. In Jesus Name! Amen
